Who can create a profile?

Athlete profiles currently support ages 13 and older. Athletes age 13–17 need an independently approved adult guardian before a profile can be public. Parents can create and manage a child’s profile. School staff use adult accounts and verified school authority.

What becomes public?

Every public profile update requires Perslis review. While an update is pending, the last approved page remains visible. Only the approved profile revision: name, playing level, chosen sports, school/club, position, graduation year if added, general region, biography, achievements, causes, selected videos and approved media. School pages may show their teams, approved roster connections, public game schedule, results and updates.

Dates of birth, account emails, verification notes, staff invitations and private recruiting conversations are not part of public profiles. Keep home addresses, personal phone numbers and other private details out of biographies and video footage. Photos are resized and stripped of image metadata before review.

Guardian approval and withdrawal

A guardian role requires independent relationship review. The guardian then approves the exact saved public content. New content needs a new approval before publishing. The guardian can withdraw consent and hide the page from the workspace. App and website views recheck publication status when refreshing; an already opened page can take up to a minute to refresh.

School teams and recruiting

School staff can request roster additions. The athlete’s adult or guardian manager confirms the connection; only public, approved profiles appear on public rosters. Approved school staff can send recruiting enquiries to profiles that opt in. Youth messages go to an approved guardian, with no private email address exposed to the sender.

Hide or delete a profile

Open My workspace to hide a page, withdraw guardian approval or delete the profile. Deletion removes the profile, permissions and related conversations/connections. Private uploaded objects are queued for storage removal. Short-lived video links can remain usable for up to one minute after being issued.

Use Report a concern on a public page to report impersonation or inappropriate content. Operator suspension keeps a page hidden until another review approves it.

Service availability

Profile publication, account verification and direct file uploads become available after the account database, email sender and private storage are connected. A browser draft or preview is private and does not publish anything.
